I'm an all boy Mom, seventh-generation Texan, and married to my high-school sweetheart, Michael. We live in Marble Falls, Texas raising our two sons, Andrew and Zach. Being a wife and mother are two of the greatest joys God has given me to experience. These roles have made me a firm believer that WE CAN DO HARD THINGS!
I started building my Mary Kay business in January of 2001, after being newly married and beginning a teaching career upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Elementary Education. I believe that all the experiences in my life have allowed God to teach me more about who He created me to be as a woman and a leader. I debuted as a Sales Director in January of 2002 and “retired” from teaching in June 2002 to build my business full time. I've led my unit to 19 consecutive years in the circle of achievement and have been driving a free Mary Kay car for over 20 years - currently driving my 12th free car!
Sunrises, sunsets, hiking, being in nature, a candle, quiet time, sitting on my porch, write the word journals, and a good non-fiction book all give me LIFE.
My mission is to teach other women that little by little, day by day, step by step, you can cultivate a life of love, joy, and peace. What’s the life that you were created for and called to live? Listen to the whispers in your heart, and start today to make choices to live the good life. Good Things Grow Slow!
